International law firm Bird & Bird represented Engrate in relation to their successful €2.5 million capital raise. This funding marks a significant milestone for Engrate, a company supporting the energy industry by offering a platform of ready-made digital integrations for energy companies aiming to increase grid flexibility.
Bird & Bird has acted as legal advisor to Emaldo in its landmark acquisition of CheckWatt, which has been agreed with CheckWatt’s current owners, with closing pending regulatory approvals. This strategic transaction positions Emaldo as the Nordic region’s largest aggregator for renewable energy.
