Bisnode acquires Inter Dialog, a Norwegian DM company

Bisnode has acquired Inter Dialog, one of the leading Norwegian marketing consultants, which offers cutting-edge expertise in the field of direct marketing (DM). This acquisition strengthens Bisnode’s position on the Norwegian market, and enables the Group to offer a wider range of services, thanks to the subsidiaries DM Huset and DirektMedia. Bisnode is one of Europe’s leading publishers of business information, with 70 per cent of the company owned by Ratos and 30 per cent by Bonniers. In Norway, Inter Dialog is a leading direct marketing consultant, offering strategy, creative services, project management and production. The company has a long history of sustained profitability and currently has seven employees and a 2006 turnover of NOK 24 billion. Inter Dialog’s qualified services can now be offered together with the range of services provided by the Bisnode companies, DM Huset and DirektMedia. Bisnode is the largest provider of marketing services, customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing (DM) in Scandinavia. DM Huset is one of the largest consultancy and service companies in Norway in the area of address sales, analysis, matching and updating of customer lists and campaign lists. DirektMedia is Scandinavia’s leading company involved in direct marketing to private individuals. It maintains offices in Göteborg (head office), Stockholm, Malmö and Borås, and with group companies in Copenhagen and Oslo. “This acquisition will allow us to further reinforce our leading position in Norway in the area of marketing services.
