Brocc Finance Completes Acquisition of Minority Interests in NPL Portfolios from Intrum

Stockholm, Sweden – July 10, 2026 – Brocc Finance AB ("Brocc"), a Swedish credit institution, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 35% minority interest in unsecured non-performing loan ("NPL") portfolios previously held through a joint venture between Brocc and Intrum AB ("Intrum"), a leading European credit management services company. As a result, Brocc has obtained full ownership of the portfolios.

The transaction is an important step in the optimization of Brocc's group structure, enhancing capital efficiency and generating material operational synergies

The co-investment arrangement in unsecured NPLs between Intrum and Brocc remain in place.
