Brocc has acquired over SEK 430 bn in unsecured NPLs from Cerberus, becoming one of Europe’s largest NPL acquirers and advancing toward SDR status.
Cerberus has acquired BROCC Finance AB following SFSA approval. BROCC, operating in Sweden and Finland, offers consumer loans and savings through a technology-driven platform. Under Cerberus, BROCC will expand its consumer finance business and enter European NPL portfolios as a specialized debt restructurer.
