Brocc Finance to Acquire SEK 6.2 bn Non-Performing Loan Portfolio from Norion Bank

Stockholm, Sweden – August 3, 2026 – Brocc Finance AB ("Brocc"), a Specialized Debt Manager authorized as a Swedish credit institution today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Norion Bank AB (publ) (“Norion”) to acquire a portfolio of non-performing loans ("NPL") held by Norion, a Swedish niche bank. The portfolio is comprised of over 500,000 individual exposures with a total gross outstanding balance of SEK 6.2bn, originated across Sweden, Finland and Norway.

The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2026.
