Aktieägarna i BTS Group AB (publ) kallas härmed till årsstämma onsdagen den 29 april 2009 klockan 9.30 i bolagets lokaler i Stockholm. Aktieägare som önskar deltaga skall vara registrerade i den av Euroclear Sweden AB (tidi-gare VPC AB) förda aktieboken senast torsdagen den 23 april 2009 samt vara anmälda till BTS Group AB senast måndagen den 27 april 2009, kl. 12.00.
