Buono Pregnancy AB signs agreement with RCS-owned Sfera for launch in the Italian market

The pregnancy app "Baby på väg" (owned by Buono Pregnancy AB) signs agreement with RCS-owned Sfera for launch in the Italian market.

With the goal of expanding across Europe, the Swedish-owned pregnancy app "Baby på väg" now signs an agreement with one of the world's largest media groups for launch on the Italian market.

Buono Pregnancy, which in Q3 2019 launched the pregnancy app "Baby på väg" in the Swedish market, will during Q3 2020 also launch on the Italian market. This week, the agreement was signed with RCS-owned Sfera, which enables the launch of the Italian market.

"Baby på väg", the pregnancy app that creates an innovative and personal experience during pregnancy begins its journey in Europe. The agreement signed with Sfera means that the pregnancy app will be marketed in the RCS Group's channels (digital and physical). In return, “Baby på väg” will offer all users to join the Sfera-owned Quimamme Club (a member club for pregnant women and new mothers).

The deal is based on a revshare model where "Baby på väg" gets part of the sales Sfera generates on users using the pregnancy app.
