Chalmers Ventures följdinvesterar i portföljbolaget Vividye som förändrar färgindustrin med miljonsatsning på hållbar deeptech
Deeptech-bolaget Vividye har utvecklat en unik teknologi som gör det möjligt att skonsamt färga och färga av fibrer och material. En lösning som skapar potential i affär och impact inom hållbarhet och cirkuläritet. Vividyes teknik bygger på forskning från Chalmers tekniska högskola.
Färg är en stor del av vår vardag och finns i allt ifrån kläder till smink, möbler och hår. För att färg ska fästa på fibrer krävs traditionellt sett starka kemikalier som kan vara skadliga både för människor och miljö. Vividyes teknologi och affär löser detta problem och bidrar samtidigt till en värld med mer skonsamma kemikalier, mindre vattenförorening samt bättre cirkulär hantering av material.
Nu går Chalmers Ventures in och följdinvesterar i Vividye. I dagarna har Vividye även säkrat ytterligare en global marknadsledande aktör i samverkan och produktutveckling. Något som möjliggör inträdet på en internationell marknad.

The deeptech company Vividye has developed a unique technology that enables gentle dyeing and bleaching of fibers and materials. A solution that creates potential in business and impact within sustainability and circularity. Vividye's technology is based on research from Chalmers University of Technology.
Color is a big part of our daily lives and is found in everything from clothing to makeup, furniture, and hair. Traditionally, strong chemicals are required for color to adhere to fibers, which can be harmful to both humans and the environment. Vividye's technology and business solve this problem while also contributing to a world with more gentle chemicals, less water pollution, and better circular handling of materials.
Chalmers Ventures is stepping in with a follow-up investment in Vividye. Recently, Vividye has also secured another global market-leading player in collaboration and product development. This enables entry into an international market.
