Goloyal continue to develop the shopping center app

At Goloyal we work with the mindset of mobile first. Studies show that APPs that are used as a tool rather than just a place for information creates more interaction, get more screen time and is downloaded more often than just a replica of a website. The new Goloyal shopping center APP is a personal and dynamic shopping tool for consumers. The app changes based on profile, spending, behavior and personal preferences. We focus on displaying things that activates and creates value for the users.

The APP include external data sources such as parking and gift card data. The APP can also include click and collect, AR and more gamification such as games like ”Wheel of fortune” or others.

Implementing Pay & Play change the way members interact with the app. For some it will be when receiving a push notification to collect a reward and for others it will be more often. By knowing this we have created an APP that will to be relevant for all.
