Co-native Subsidiary Xenit AB Appoints Linus Lindström as Interim CEO
The Board of Co-native AB and its subsidiary Xenit AB today announced that CEO Linda Woxneborn will step down from her role and leave the company, following a mutual agreement.
“We would like to sincerely thank Linda for her significant contributions over the past three and a half years. Under her leadership, Xenit has achieved key milestones, strengthened its market position, and continued to evolve its customer offering,” said Stephan Andersson, Group CEO of Co-native AB.
Effective immediately, Linus Lindström, one of Xenit’s founders and former Group CEO of Co-native, has been appointed interim CEO. With his extensive industry experience and strong entrepreneurial drive, Linus will lead the company during the recruitment process for a permanent CEO.
As Xenit and Co-native enter a new business planning cycle, the Board has determined that this is the right time to introduce new leadership to meet future challenges and capture opportunities. “Linus has played a central role in building both Xenit and Co-native into leading cloud specialists in Sweden. We are confident that he will ensure stability and continued growth during this transition period,” said Ulf Engerby, Chairman of the Board of Co-native AB.
Xenit, part of the Co-native Group alongside Asurgent, Buzzcloud, and Elastic Move, has experienced strong growth in recent years. In 2024, the Group generated revenues of nearly SEK 600 million with strong profitability and now employs around 300 people.
“I am excited to once again take on a more operational role and, together with the talented Xenit team, continue building on our strong foundation. Xenit has a clear position as a leading cloud partner and is well positioned to grow further as the market evolves,” said Linus Lindström, Interim CEO of Xenit AB and Board Member of Co-native AB.
