Roleho Partners closes single-asset fund for industrial services buy-and-build

Roleho Partners, a Nordic private equity firm and Coeli Group's long term strategic partner within its Private Markets platform, today announces the successful fundraise of, Coeli Roleho I, an oversubscribed EUR 32 million single-asset fund that will invest in industrial surface treatment services.
The fundraise was met with strong investor demand and the team secured funding after investor meetings in early Summer. The fund brings together a group of private and institutional investors from Finland, Sweden and Norway, including Coeli and Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunta. The Roleho Partners team also invested significant equity into the structure.
