Colliers advisor to Magnolia Bostad in the forward funding sale of a residential project in Tyresö

Magnolia Bostad has sold a residential development project in Tyresö Bäverbäcken, comprising 140 apartments. The transaction was carried out as a share deal involving the property Bävern 4 in Tyresö. The buyer is an international institutional investor. H2 Entreprenad AB has been contracted as the general contractor under a design and build agreement, and the project was designed by Magnolia Bostad’s in-house architects.

The development includes the construction of three six-storey residential buildings with a total of 47 parking spaces in a garage. The apartments will be of high quality, ranging from studios to four-room units, with an average size of 47 square metres. The buildings will be certified in accordance with the Miljöbyggnad Silver sustainability standard.

Located next to Tyresö Golf Club, the project benefits from close proximity to nature, easy access to local services, and convenient transport connections to central Stockholm. It offers strong potential for long-term living for both current and future generations.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025, with completion expected in 2027.

This project, Tyresö Bäverbäcken, is the second in a portfolio of new residential developments in attractive suburban areas around Stockholm in which Colliers has played an advisory role.
