New Power Platform connector supports integrated e-signing

A new Microsoft certified connector makes it easy to build customized solutions for digital signing and integrate them with business processes and CRM systems.

The Swedish SaaS provider Verified and Swedish-based Microsoft Gold partner CRM-Konsulterna (CRMK), have jointly created a new connector that enables seamless integration of automated processes for e-signing into various business applications.

Automated e-signing paves the way for smoother contract management and customer support, and the new connector offers a bridge between Verified’s e-signing solutions and Microsoft products and services such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and business applications from other vendors as well.

“With this connector in place, Verified’s customers can offer e-signing directly in Dynamics 365, which saves time and offers a secure process for end customers as well as developers”, says Kathrine Hogseth, CEO at CRMK, and adds: “This is the first Microsoft-certified connector that we offer and I look forward to using it in our own company.”

Verified offers a wide range of e-signing solutions through an open API, which lets e-signing services become an integrated part of a company’s business applications.

Save time and reduce errors

The e-signing services available through the Verified connector vastly reduce the need for manual work, which saves time and minimizes the risk of error. Like other certified connectors, it is available in the Power Platform and can be used by anyone who setup automation using Microsoft’s low-code tools, whether you are a traditional developer or not.

According to Helena Fuchs, Head of Business Area Dynamics at Microsoft Sweden, the Verified connector is a great example of how low-code in Power Platform can enable fast development of smart solutions and seamless integration between different systems. “We believe there is a tremendous need for more players to develop their own connectors that support more efficient work processes and secure business-critical aspects.”

About the Verified connector
A Power Platform connector is often described as a wrapper around an API, in this case Verified’s API. It enables the service behind the API, such as e-signing, to communicate with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps. The connector certification process includes a review and approval from Microsoft and ensures connectors are valid to become included in the platform and available out of the box. The Verified connector enables all features supported by Verified’s API to be utilized directly from Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
