Daniel Anderbring named Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden

STOCKHOLM, 23 August 2018 — Following a recent reorganisation Daniel Anderbring has been promoted to Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden.

“I am looking forward to leading an experienced and hungry Swedish team with solid competence in all parts of the consulting business. In an environment where capital flows to the real estate sector remain large, and to an increasing extent international, we see great opportunities to continue assisting our clients in achieving success”, says Daniel Anderbring, Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield.

Daniel has more than 15 years of experience in the capital market and real estate industry and has held senior positions within the Swedish Capital Market’s team as Head of Research as well as Head of Investment Strategy Sweden, being involved in transactions and leading strategic development. In his new role he will also be a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Swedish management team.

The Capital Markets team has over 25 employees in Sweden, with a leading local presence through offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, combined with an organisation that is a global market leader focused on channelling transactions and capital flows. The Swedish Capital Markets team has during 2017 and 2018 been involved in almost 100 transactions at a value of SEK 31 billion.

In connection with the reorganisation, Sara Vesterlund has been promoted to Deputy Head of Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden. Sara has a great deal of experience with transactions in the Nordic real estate market, and has had a central role in the success of the Swedish Capital Markets team since 2015.

“Daniel and Sara are both highly respected transaction advisers in the market, and are already a major asset for our clients and our company. In addition, both have a great deal of experience with cross-border transactions and an extensive contact network, which in combination with the company’s Nordic and international networks create the best business opportunities for our clients,” says Jan-Willem Bastijn, Head of Capital Markets EMEA.
