Mountain Bike World Championship

An extraordinary spectacle on the tried and tested course in Nové Město na Moravě.

The Mountain Bike World Championship is to be staged for the first time in the Czech Republic, namely in Nové Město na Moravě. Vysočina (Czech-Moravian Highlands) can draw on its ample experience in hosting several World Cup races, which each time were voted the best event of the season. The enjoyment of spectators is enhanced by the fact that they can see the racers several times without having to leave their spot. The great atmosphere in Nové Město na Moravě is highly spoken of by everyone including the competitors, who took a great liking to the course and to the spectators. That may well be another reason why the championship has aroused such intense interest. The organizers have promised us one of the greatest sporting events of the year.
