Caviar of Kalix at OXO Tower

The Swedish delicacy kalixlöjrom will be presented in London. The world unique roe from the cold waters of the Bothnian Bay will be exhibited at the food event Swe-Dish at OXO Tower on the 6 of September 2011.

Kalixlöjrom is golden colored and mild caviar with fresh taste of the sea.

Kalixlöjrom was approved by the European Union for the Protected Design of Origin in 2010. The PDO is a quality control system created by the EU to protect integrity of certain food and drinks that are produced in a specific area in a unique way.

Kalixlöjrom has been a well-kept secret in Sweden. Even if served on numerous Nobel Prize banquets and Royal dinners. Now it is offered to foreign markets under the name of Caviar of Kalix.
Many top chefs have already discovered the fantastic kalixlöjrom. Now it is turn for more to try and enjoy.

Swe-Dish is an event organised by the Swedish Embassy in UK, Visit Sweden and Swedish Trade Council.
