Doconomy appoints Andres Vergara as Head of Marketing

  • 1 March 2022:  Doconomy are pleased to announce the appointment of Andres Vergara as Head of Marketing. This marks yet another affirmation in the rapid growth of the company. 


Andres will lead Doconomy's global marketing offering through new campaigns and strategic initiatives to further amplify banks, businesses, brands and individuals' ability to take decisive climate action globally.

Andres has been leading creative teams and Fortune 500 client’s businesses all over the world. Most recently he was the Regional Executive Creative Director for Mastercard working at MccannWorld Group (MWG) where he led the creative partnering of more than 25 Mccann offices for the European region. 

His creative leadership has traveled all over the world for over 20 years in various award-winning agencies such as BBDO Moscow, Proximity Russia, IMPACT BBDO Dubai, Publicis Stockholm, SCPF Barcelona, DDB Istanbul and Leo Burnett Chicago.  

Andres has won numerous industry recognitions in his career history, including Cannes Lions, One Show, Eurobest, New York Festival, EPICA, Dubai Lynx. He’s worked in multiple markets with big-name clients like Coca-Cola, BEKO, IKEA, Audi, CNN, SONY, Heineken, Koenigsegg, and Mastercard. He holds an MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
