This certification, awarded by the Safe Asset Group, attests that the centers have undergone a thorough evaluation and successfully met the requirements for exhibition assets in accordance with international standards for operational risk, resilience, and governance certification.
SHORE stands as the world's sole independent and globally recognized certification program dedicated to operational risk, resilience, and governance in real estate operations. This prestigious certification is applicable to individual assets, portfolios, or entire organizations involved in spaces where people work, meet, shop, stay, and the companies that manage them. The comprehensive assessment covers six fundamental pillars: Management Systems, Property Protection, Customer and Occupier Management, Security, and Crisis Management.
