Elastisys looks for a new star!

Elastisys is a spin-off from Europe’s strongest research group in cloud management. Today we are a team of 25 and now we are looking for a new star! We believe you can strenghten us with communication -and marketing skills, preferably a mix of written, oral, and graphical.

You will like it here if

• You have a background in communications or UX
• Like responsibility and taking own initiatives
• Like multicultural work environments - we currently have 8 different nationalities at Elastisys, target an international market and communicate almost exclusively in English
• Would like to dive into the exciting and fast evolving world of cloud native computing and the open source ecosystem

Goals

• Increase awareness and interest of Elastisys, our products and services
• Generate inbound leads for sales

Tasks

• Produce marketing content, e.g., blog posts, presentation material, whitepapers, videos, webinars, pods.
• Manage contacts (mailing lists, etc.)
• Take an active role in defining our marketing plan and drive activities
• Manage PR and news contacts
• Participate at international marketing events
• Interact with followers on social media (primarily Linkedin and Twitter)
• Handle online advertising (Google adwords, and or ads on social media)
• Manage our web based on WordPress - analyze traffic and tune online content (with goal of customer acquisition)
• The right candidate could potentially also help improve our product user interfaces (React/JS)

Relations

• Work with sales to gain visibility in relevant industries and media outlets, identify and attend relevant events
• Work with engineering to showcase product features, create blog posts, presentation material and whitepapers
