Euvic group, the European IT giant with 5000 employees, launched in Sweden at the beginning of 2018. Since the launch in Sweden Euvic has grown from 0 – 110 MSEK in turnover and is currently working with some of the biggest companies in the Nordic countries. By having the most satisfied customers and employees in Sweden, our ambition is to grow to 500 MSEK by 2030. With growth comes opportunities to learn new things, hire new colleagues and experience personal growth.

Journey across the Baltic sea 

We already have the pleasure of working with great companies like Kesko, Pop Pankki and Tikkurila and we enjoy working with Finnish people who are dependable and smart. We see that there is a continued strong demand for agile product teams that can help companies in their digitalisation journey – automating processes, building better digital customer experiences and using technologies like AI and IoT to create new businesses and services. The strong demand in combination with the lack of available competence in both Sweden and Finland creates a strong interest for companies to search for competence outside of the Nordic countries. With 5000 it-specialists and developers in the Euvic group, we are seeing a strong interest in a local office in Finland where we can better support our existing and new customers.

Good people – Welcome Jaakko!
As a company that puts people first, we are delighted to announce that Jaakko Sippola will head our expansion into Finland. We searched for a person who is both a culture fit – someone who is curious, transparent, empathetic and humble – and at the same time, a cultural add with local knowledge and experience from the IT industry. With Jaakko we are confident that we have a local champion who will represent the “good people” and grow Finland in the same way we have been growing Sweden – through delivering value and caring about people.

Since 2019 when we got the trust from Kesko to work with them on their digital journey within “Building and Trade”, we have wanted to open up locally in Finland. We believe that business is best done locally, between people who share the same values and culture. Jaakko will be able to both attract new companies that need advice and execution around their digital agenda and represent the culture of the “good people”.
