New CEO appointed Extend Commerce AB

Extend Commerce AB announced today that it has appointed Gabriel Andersson (41) as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2015. Gabriel Anderson brings experience from one of the world’s largest forwarder and temperature controlled pharma supply chain industry.

Pontus Carme, co-founder of Extend Commerce AB and currently holding the position of CEO, will remain as shareholder of the company, taking on the new role as Product Manager for the cloud based SmartWork platform in order to further strengthen and secure one of the core assets of Extend AB.

Gabriel Andersson comes from a position as COO of Envirotainer and previously as Business Development & Innovation Director of DSV A/S. Both the companies have, under Anderson’s direction, built attractive internet propositions, with both mobile and web based offerings, in a highly competitive marketplace, delivering strong financial results
