Gernandt & Danielsson advised in International Personal Finance’s issuance of senior unsecured notes

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised ABG Sundal Collier in connection with International Personal Finance’s ("IPF") issuance of SEK 950,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate notes due 10 November 2028. The issuance was initiated by a reverse inquiry, and the notes will be consolidated and form a single series with IPF's existing SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate notes due 10 November 2028.

IPF is the holding company for a global consumer finance business, helping people excluded from mainstream finance to access simple, personal and affordable credit.
