Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Staycity’s issue of senior secured bonds
Gernandt & Danielsson advises Arctic Securities in Staycity’s issue of senior secured callable floating rate bonds in an amount of EUR 100 million within a framework of EUR 200 million. Arctic Securities has acted as sole bookrunner in relation to the bond issue.
Dublin-based Staycity Group was established in 2004 and now operates almost 6,400 aparthotel rooms in 39 aparthotels across 20 key UK and European cities. The aparthotels operate under the Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde brands and feature studios, one-bed, two-bed and three-bed apartments.
