Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania in its directed issue of class B shares and its issue of subsequent sustainable corporate bonds
Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) ("Titania") in connection with its directed share issue of 11,297,000 class B shares and its issue of subsequent sustainable corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 225 million within its existing framework of SEK 1,000 million. Titania will apply for admission to trading of the subsequent bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.
Titania is a property company focusing on owner-developed residential properties in the Stockholm region and is responsible for major urban development projects from the early stages of the detailed planning process to completed new residential areas. Titania is listed on Nasdaq First North.
Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Mikael Bolling and associates Jonathan Antonsson, Matilda Ellman and Erik Karlsson. In addition, Arctic Securities has acted as financial adviser to Titania.
