Gernandt & Danielsson advises Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund IV Ky in connection with its acquisition of HifabGruppen AB from Hultström Group AB (publ). The transaction, which is subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting, is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2026.
HifabGruppen AB is an independent advisory and project management consultancy group operating within the real estate and civil construction sector. With 75 years of experience in the sector, HifabGruppen AB provides specialised expertise and experience to clients who own, develop and manage land, buildings, premises and infrastructure.
Vaaka Partners is a Helsinki-based private equity firm and its flagship fund, Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund IV Ky, is a buyout fund focused on majority investments in small and mid-sized companies with strong market positions and significant growth potential.
