Glesys strengthens Nordic footprint through full integration of Finnish private cloud operations

Helsinki, Finland, 3 February 2026 – Glesys, a leading Nordic cloud and IaaS provider, today announced the successful integration of private cloud services and two Finnish data centers previously operated under Verne. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-term investment in Finnish digital infrastructure and strengthens Glesys’ Nordic cloud platform.

The transition was completed without any service disruption, and all customer environments continue to operate in their existing data centers under unchanged terms and service levels, while gaining access to Glesys’ broader technical capabilities. The team responsible for managing these environments has joined Glesys, ensuring continuity of expertise and day-to-day service management.
