GU Ventures welcomes Carl-Peter Mattsson as Investment Director!
GU Ventures is pleased to announce that the new position as Investment Director was filled by none other than Carl-Peter Mattsson, who has more than 20 years of experience in the international fund and capital market. After five productive years at Sahlgrenska Science Park, he now joins the team at GU Ventures, which is a top-ranked investor and incubator since 1995.
Carl-Peter Mattsson, who will start part-time in December and full-time in February 2022, has hands-on experience across all aspects of private equity fund investments as well as startup and VC investment activity. He is passionate about supporting, engaging with, and mentoring entrepreneurs from a very early stage through their business development to growth companies with global potential.

Carl-Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics in the field of Innovation and Marketing from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law, and the Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany.
At GU Ventures, Carl-Peter will work with a number of new tasks as Investment Director, to strengthen the team's investment and exit capabilities.
