Texray attracts new investors to fund global commercialization

Texray has completed successful fundraising with new and existing investors. The raised capital will be used for Texray's global commercialization and expand the product portfolio with additional Personal Protection Equipment.

Texray currently produces and markets two products. Both products are uniquely designed to enhance radiation protection while not compromising comfort for healthcare professionals exposed to radiation during surgical interventions. A recent scientific study shows that Texray's products combined can reduce radiation exposure to the head by an additional 74%, compared to the most commonly used products on the market. The unique Texray designed head protectors have been available on the European market for approximately one year and on the American market since 2021, after passing thorough research, scientific evaluations, development stages, granted patents, and quality certifications.
The new issue of shares will fund the continuation of Texray's commercial rollout and allow for more research and development to expand the product portfolio and research other areas of interest.

Texray, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, has developed the world's first radiation protection textile to address the need for comfortable and safe personal protection equipment (PPE). It is currently used in products designed for healthcare professionals exposed to X-ray radiation in surgical interventions.
