Welcome to Connect2Capital 2022 in February!

Connect2Capital, the West Nordic Venture Capital and Entrepreneur meeting arena, is sending a strong message from the tech scene that West Sweden is open for business as usual by inviting investor and entrepreneurs from across the globe to the Connect2Capital 2022 hybrid event.

Connect2Capital, launched in 2014, was Sweden’s and the Nordic’s fastest growing event for investors and entrepreneurs to meet and do business. Connect2Capital 2022 will be bigger than ever and brought to you as a hybrid event, a shared experience - together but in several places.

GU Ventures, an investor and incubator based in Gothenburg, is proud to be managing and bringing Connect2Capital 2022 to you in collaboration with entrepreneurs on the tech scene, industry players, innovation ecosystem actors and Region Västra Götaland in Sweden.

  • ”Gothenburg and West Sweden is one of the most interesting and innovative regions in the world with world class universities and a vibrant industrial and startup environment. It’s all happening in West Sweden and it’s happening now! Transformation and innovation are leading us forward”, Sophia Litsne, Regional developer at Region Västra Götaland.

West Sweden offers a unique opportunity through Connect2Capital 2022 to take advantage of an environment renowned for its well established collaboration network and its healthy startup and investor ecosystem.

  • ”To remain Sweden’s most active startup investor with a portfolio of almost 350 companies in various industries, including one national GreenTech fund, it’s important for us to be an integral part of the startup community, hence a partner of Connect2Capital!” Henrik Jansson, Fund Manager, Almi Invest West Sweden.

Connect2Capital 2022’s virtual platform allows participants to join a range of panel discussions and keynotes presenting trends and success stories; as well as access to an online match-making tool. So don't wait to book these three days, 9-11th of February.

  • “As the pandemic hit the tech scene, our companies have raised more capital than ever, so we know that going digital works and the hybrid scene is now here to stay. We are happy to open the Connect2Capital 2022 arena in a hybrid setting and on a global scale for investors, startups, scaleups and peers to come back or discover it for the first time”, Klementina Österberg, CEO GU Ventures.
