GWS: Imorgon inleds nyttjandeperioden för teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 och TO 2
Imorgon, onsdagen den 18 november 2015, inleds nyttjandeperioden för teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 och TO 2. Den pågår till och med den 9 december 2015. Innehavare av teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 och TO 2 äger rätt att, för varje teckningsoption, teckna en ny aktie i GWS till en kurs om 10,66 SEK per aktie. Vid fullt nyttjande tillförs bolaget cirka 39,9 MSEK före emissions-kostnader.
