GWS: Övertecknad emission inför planerad listning på First North
Den 11 september 2014 avslutades teckningstiden i GWS Production AB:s (”GWS”) listningsemission av units, bestående av aktier och teckningsoptioner (TO 1). Det var ett stort intresse för emissionen som blev övertecknad. Genom emissionen nyemitteras 2 780 000 aktier och 2 780 000 teckningsoptioner. GWS tillförs därmed initialt ca 20 miljoner SEK samt ca 290 nya aktieägare.
