Påminnelse om nyttjande av teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1
Nyttjandeperioden för GWS teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 pågår till och med den 9 december 2015. Sista dag för handel med teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 är den 7 december 2015. Innehavare av teckningsoptionerna äger rätt att, för varje teckningsoption, teckna en ny aktie i GWS till en kurs om 10,66 SEK per aktie. Vid fullt nyttjande tillförs bolaget cirka 39,9 MSEK före emissions¬kostnader.
