Rethinking Care blir största ägare i Carefindy
Rethinking Care Sweden AB (”Rethinking Care”) blir omgående största ägare i Carefindy AB, ett nystartat helägt dotterbolag till GWS Production AB (”GWS”). GWS meddelade i januari 2016 att bolaget startar utvecklingen av en app-tjänst innehållande en databas med positionsangivna, kvalitetsgraderade sjukhus i hela världen. GWS överlåter nu 65 % av aktierna i Carefindy AB till Rethinking Care.
