Welcome to MindShift – a set of events focused on how human growth can help us face organizational, societal and global challenges. A unique collaboration between the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Center for Social Sustainability at Karolinska Institutet and Ekskäret Foundation.
COVID-19 has put the world as we knew it upside down. Our chances to recover and come out stronger, wiser and more sustainable than ever before – depends largely on how we collectively make sense, respond and collaborate together.
It is more important than ever to understand how we can build and support our best capacity to take wise decisions, coordinate different perspectives and work jointly towards common goals.
Meet the speakers
Our moderators Emma Stenström, Associate Professor at SSE, and Jan Artem Henriksson, Head of Thought Leaders Summits at Ekskäret Foundation, will guide us through the webinar. They have gathered some of the world's leading scientists and experts in the area of human growth, such as:
- Amy Edmondson, Ph.D., Harvard Business School
- Jennifer Garvey Berger, Ph.D., Harvard University Graduate School of Education
- Otto Scharmer, Senior Lecturer, MIT Sloan School of Management
- Peter Senge, Senior lecturer, MIT Sloan School of Management
- Robert Kegan, Ph.D., Harvard University Graduate School of Education

In the short term, it will help create competitive advantages for you and your organization – in the long term, it will strengthen all of humanity’s resilience to overcome our global challenges.
