An inside look at IsaDora: A day at the Swedish beauty brand's HQ and production facility


On November 12, IsaDora had the pleasure of welcoming Nordic journalists to its headquarters and production facility in Malmö. The day featured inspiring presentations, an exclusive preview of the SS25 launches , and a guiding through the production process. The goal was to provide an understanding of the company’s journey toward sustainability, innovation, and its promise of “True Beauty from Sweden.”

IsaDora’s Brand Strategy and Social Commitments

Felicia Ibsen, Global Marketing Director, presented IsaDora’s brand strategy, highlighting the company’s efforts to represent more than “just” beauty. She discussed the commitment to redefining beauty standards by initiatives as being 100% filter and retouch free and the importance of addressing social issues, particularly through the collaboration with UN Women Sweden to promote gender equality and empower women’s rights.

ESG Strategy and Initiatives

IsaDora also shared its updated ESG strategy, focusing on the journey to becoming 100% vegan, ingredient policies, and INCI transparency. The discussion emphasized both the progress made and the challenges encountered in achieving the company’s sustainability goals.

Exclusive Preview of SS 2025

The day continued with an exclusive preview of the SS25 launches, where Daria Eskin, Product Development & Sustainability Director, and Céline Delacour, Head of Global Brand Activation, provided insights into upcoming trends and innovations.

Makeup Masterclass

After an inspiring morning, the journalists participated in a makeup masterclass led by Hanna Sjöström. The session offered a chance to try new products and learn about the latest makeup trends and techniques.

The Production Process and “Made in Sweden”

Therese Björk, Head of Global Supply Chain, led a tour of the production facility, showcasing how IsaDora’s products are made. She explained how manufacturing in Sweden strengthens the company’s message of “True Beauty from Sweden” and supports its sustainability goals, including reduced environmental impact and creating local jobs opportunities.
