Jetpak Group divests Jetpak Borg to PostNord AS

Jetpak has today signed an agreement to sell 100 percent of the shares in the transport and logistics company Jetpak Borg AS to PostNord AS. The transaction is a part of Jetpak’s strategy to focus on express and courier services.

Jetpak Borg is a reputable transport and logistics company in Norway. The company offers tailored solutions for in-night deliveries with long haul to car dealers, workshops and other related businesses in Norway. The unique distribution system includes long haul from central warehouses in Scandinavia to more than 500 recipients in Norway during night. The company has their freight terminal in Sarpsborg and has an annual turnover of approximately 120 million NOK.

Jetpak Borg was until the transaction a subsidiary of Jetpak Norway AS and part of the Jetpak Group, which are owned by the private equity firm Polaris.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
