JOOL Markets AS appoints new Chairman of the Board of Directors

JOOL Markets AS is pleased to announce that Ola Røthe takes on the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors, adding extensive commercial, financial and legal experience to JOOL Markets AS and hence the JOOL organization.

Ola Røthe is currently practising as an attorney-at-law and partner at Lynx law firm in Oslo. Mr. Røthe has a Law degree from Oslo University and background as a commercial and maritime lawyer, and has thorough experience from management and board work.

His background includes several years of work as an independent consultant and investor, as well as management and board positions, also relating to securities placements. This entails listed and unlisted companies, nationally and internationally, mainly within the shipping, offshore, finance, real estate, IT and biotech spaces.
