Placement of a bond issue for Gefion Group - Oliebladsgade 8 Holding ApS successfully completed

   Interest rate: 10% p.a.

   Maturity: 24 months (+/- 6 months)

The DKK 40m bond issue for Gefion Group – Oliebladsgade 8 Holding ApS – has been successfully completed. JOOL Markets AS acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner for the bond issue.

The bond, maturing in June 2020, bears fixed coupon of 10% p.a. with quarterly payments.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance the acquisition of Oliebladsgade 8 ApS, which owns a development property in Amager, Copenhagen. Further, the Group will refurbish and convert the existing commercial building on the property into 2 719 sqm of student apartments.

The bond issue is secured with 1st priority pledge over all shares issued by the Issuer, 1st priority pledge over all shares issued by the Property Company, 1st priority pledge over all Issuer Intercompany Loans, 1st priority pledge over the Blocked Account and guarantee from Gefion Group A/S of DKK 20m until the Building Permit and Construction Financing is obtained (guarantee for the unpaid remaining interest after the Building Permit and Construction Financing is obtained).

Advokatfirmaet Grette AS acted as legal advisor and Intertrust (Norway) AS as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through VPS Norway (NOK/EUR) and Euroclear Sweden (SEK).
