The DKK 150 million bond issue for CPHI-Holding A/S was successfully completed
CPHI-Holding A/S has successfully raised a senior secured bond of DKK 150 million with a tenor of 24 months. The bond issue was well received by the market and attracted strong interest from both Nordic and International high-quality investors.
CPHI-Holding A/S is a holding company that directly owns a group of companies with their main operations in businesses relating to airport logistics and airport security. The three main operating companies are BBHS A/S, Exruptive A/S and IntelligentTrackSystems A/S. The Group companies offer complementing products within airport services, ranging from semi-automated baggage handling systems, smart scanning systems for carry-on luggage, as well as smart trolleys for usage in airports and commercial spaces.
JOOL Corporate Finance acted as Corporate Finance advisor. Roschier Advokatbyrå AB acted as Corporate Finance Legal Advisor as to Swedish Law and Moalem Weitemeyer Advokatpartnerselskab as to Danish law. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Sweden.
