Media Machines and the Art of Anthropology

The U.S. based media artist, Daniel Peltz presents a lecture (open to public) about his media works, standing at the intersection of art and anthropology. Peltz' projects use media technologies, primarily live-feed video, to build social machines in need of human performers. His work could be considered at once experimental pedagogy, performance, cultural exploration and public installation.
