Lagerhaus E-commerce – A Growing Three Year Old

In September 2011 three years has passed since the launching of Lagerhaus e-commerce, a sales channel that made ​​it possible for customers all over Sweden to take part in Lagerhaus unique assortment.

The e-commerce has grown steadily since the start in 2011 and this year about 60% more packages leaves the warehouse compared to 2013.

With constantly rising numbers and the market's increased willingness to shop online, the web shop on www.lagerhaus.se has become the company's biggest storefront.

“Costumers all over Sweden order in our web shop, even those who also have the opportunity to visit a Lagerhaus store. The fact that we offer free shipping for orders over 300 SEK means that many of our customers choose the convenient alternative to have their purchased items delivered to their home.” – Maria Åkfors, E-commerce Manager at Lagerhaus

But it´s not just the e-commerce that drives up the interior company’s sales – the 33 Swedish stores also have a steady turnover increase every year. Catarina Pembert, Sales Manager at Lagerhaus comments on the sales success:

“A unique range at low prices that attract a larger customer base, increased visibility in social media, dedicated staff and the development of our new store concept are all factors that have led to a stronger shopping experience and positive sales growth." says Catarina.
