Länsförsäkringar AB has chosen Sweden as Home Member State
In accordance with the Swedish adoption of the Directive on the harmonisation of transparency requirements it is hereby announced that Länsförsäkringar AB (publ) has chosen Sweden as home Member State.
Länsförsäkringar AB (publ), a Swedish corporation, issuer of debt securities on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange, has chosen Sweden as home Member State. This is in accordance with the Swedish adoption of the Directive 2004/109/EC on the harmonisation of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
