MedUniverse proud conference partner at Digital Health Days 2015

MedUniverse is proud to announce its participation as conference partner at Digital Health Days 2015. The conference is an arena for setting the future healthcare agenda, with two days of seminars and workshops in Stockholm on September 23-24.

Anna Omstedt Lindgren, CEO and co-founder of MedUniverse and experienced entrepreneur in the digital field, is endnote speaker on September 23. MedUniverse offers a cloud-based patient case software engaging three important target groups in the global healthcare sector: the pharmaceutical and med-tech industry, healthcare professionals and patients. The software enables clients in the pharma and med-tech industry to effectively inform doctors and nurses around new research, therapies and guidelines based on interactive patient case studies, in order to further improve patient outcome.

- The digital revolution has had a major impact on so many industries, but it is still early days within healthcare. Digital health allows for sharing in a whole different way than analogue services, enabling new collaborative models, customised solutions and patient centricity. There are also challenges to take into consideration, such as regulatory and market access aspects. I would like to share my thoughts on services that I have founded for consumers and draw parallels to what can be learnt for companies in the life science sector, based on MedUniverse’s experiences from developing a global digital health solution.
