Peter Wolpert elected to the MedUniverse Board
On November 25, 2016 the Extraordinary General Meeting of MedUniverse AB voted in favor of the proposal to elect Peter Wolpert as a new board member.
After the meeting, the board has the following composition:
- Fredrik Sjödin (Chairman)
- Björn Littorin
- Pär Nordström
- Håkan Åström
- Anna Omstedt
- Peter Wolpert
Mr Wolpert, M.Sc. Eng., M.Sc. Econ., has extensive experience in health care and co-founded Moberg Pharma AB (publ) in March 2006 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He has twenty years’ experience of strategy/business development, financing and management of start-ups. He serves as Chairman of Viscogel AB. Previous experience includes CEO of Athera Biotechnologies AB and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
