Memmo partners up with The MusikBojen Foundation
Will work to raise awareness around music therapy and its beneficial impact on children and adolescents.
The MusikBojen Foundation works to provide music therapy to children and adolescents in need. The therapy form has proven to help people who need support to communicate their feelings due to disabilities, illnesses and mental disorders, as well as being a supportive function to refugees with traumatic backgrounds. In addition to facilitating access to music therapy as a complement to traditional therapy, MusikBojen also works for arranging music activities of various kinds.
Established in late 2017, the foundation has in short time attracted a strong team of supporters and ambassadors within the music industry. Their work has already led to the funding and arrangement of music therapy in seven health facilities in Sweden, and is constantly working on raising awareness to the therapy form.
Amongst the founders are Claire Rosvall, initiator of the Min Stora Dag foundation, and Martin Sandberg, more known as the music producer Max Martin. The foundation also has support from well known names within the music industry, with Loa Falkman, Martin Stenmarck and Nikki Amini as some of its ambassadors. Claire’s husband Per and their children are also working actively with the foundation.
memmo will introduce the partnership with a christmas campaign as the first activation, where a set sum for every video message will be donated to the foundation until Christmas eve. The vision is to raise awareness of The MusikBojen Foundation and strengthen the knowledge around music therapy and its benefits.

The partnership between memmo and The MusikBojen Foundation begins in December 2019 and will be continued in 2020.
