MTGx increases stake in Splay

MTGx announce today that they have taken the next step with Splay, Sweden’s biggest YouTube Multi Channel Network and is increasing their investment in the company from 35 percent to 49 percent. Also, MTGx deputy CEO Arnd Benninghoff joins the board.

- The team at Splay has quickly grown their YouTube network to over 75 million streams per month and is connecting millions of users with the content they love. MTGx is happy to further invest in Splay in order keep supporting their growth and the development of their premium monetization Instagram-service GOsnap, which connects advertisers with the millennials. For us, it’s very exciting and a key focus in our strategy in building a global digital ecosystems, says Arnd Benninghoff, deputy CEO MTGx.
