First North: Dacke Group Nordic AB to the observation segment (259/08)

Dacke Group Nordic AB announced today, November 27th 2008, that their subsidiary Anthill Customer Services International AB has filed for a company reconstruction after having failed to find a way to finance its business. Since this company represents a majority of the holdings of Dacke Group Nordic AB, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB finds that there now is adverse uncertainty regarding the Dacke Group Nordic AB's financial situation. 

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Dacke Group Nordic AB (ISIN code SE0001045105 and order book ID 28819) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday, November 28th, 2008.
