Niam förvärvar i Kista
Niam har, av European Property Fund SICAV, förvaltad av Aviva Investors, förvärvat fastigheten Blåfjäll 1 genom en bolagstransaktion baserad på ett fastighetsvärde om 485 MSEK. Fastigheten är sedan 2002 bebyggd med ett kontorshus omfattande totalt 26 000 m², inkl. garage, och är fullt uthyrt till Ericsson.
