NIRA has been awarded the order to deliver their indirect TPMS to LEVC, formerly known as London Taxi Company. TPI (Tire Pressure Indicator) has already been installed in the first electric taxi vehicles in London. The classic black taxi is a well-known attraction in London and now it is equipped with the latest in tire pressure monitoring systems.
Audi was in 2018 the first car manufacturer on the market equipping their cars with the NIRA software for detection of loose wheels (LWI – Loose Wheel Indicator) in their A6, A7, A8 and Q8 models, largely increasing safety for their customers. The Norwegian road authority Norska Statens Vegvesen invests in new technology for winter road prognosis from Klimator and NIRA Dynamics, Road Status Information. RSI is a software which through advanced algorithms combines the data from connected vehicles with information from roadside weather stations and weather forecasts.
