New machinery: More precisely cut nonwoven for your production lines

Now we will be even better at serving our customers with precision when ordering custom cut nonwoven in dimensions that will fit your production lines. Large investments in a new machine park mean that we can now deliver larger and more precise rolls with converted nonwoven.

One of our strengths is our capacity to import large volumes of nonwoven on very large rolls from suppliers all over the world. We then convert these into smaller rolls, sheets or cut them into dimensions that can then be fed straight into our customers' industrial production. This means that we can maintain acceptable prices and at the same time serve customers based on their needs.

New machinery

Right now we are making a major investment in upgrading our machines at our main quarters in southern Sweden in order to further improve the accuracy and offer larger rolls to our customers.

The first upgrade is already installed and in use. The new machine can handle up to 1 meter in diameter on the roll. And from 40 mm up to 2100 mm in width depending on the type of nonwoven.

The accuracy is very high - which is extra important in cases where the material should go straight into the customers' production line - and also important if the material is stretchable. We are able to handle tolerances down to +/- 1 mm in width.

In a few weeks, two additional new converting machines will arrive from Italy.

Increased production

During the pandemic when the demand for nonwovens went up, we also scaled up production with more shifts. We can easily scale up production in case of large and urgent demand.
